Workspace Fern is the data controller for personal information collected through this site, inquiry notes, and onboarding completion studies. What we collect

Inquiry forms: name, email, chosen study, optional date, and message. Studies: names and contact details of coordinators and of joiners who agree to interview, plus notes of what they said about the application path.

Why we hold it

To reply to inquiries, to carry out the commissioned study, to invoice, and to keep a copy of the report. Legal bases under Korean personal information law include contract and legitimate administration of the studio.

Retention

Inquiry messages: two years. Study files including interview notes: five years after the closing session, unless a longer period is required for accounting. Cookie choices: until you clear storage in your browser.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for optional cookies. Write to hello@workspace-fern.click. You may also raise a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea.

International transfers

The studio is in Korea. Email and hosting may process messages on servers outside Korea. We use providers who offer contractual protection for that processing.
