1. The pack
We fill every form ourselves, in the languages printed on the page. Duplicate fields, missing headings, and signature blocks without instruction are marked on a copy you keep. This is application analytics in the literal sense: analysis of the application as a physical object.
2. The morning
One practitioner sits at the back with a timed notebook. Arrival, badges, exits, mentor presence, and the fate of the last agenda item are recorded. The note is later set beside the printed agenda so the gaps are visible.
3. The voices
Six to ten joiners answer the same short script. We include, where they agree, people who stalled or never arrived. Their answers name doors, pages, and people. Those names become the ranked findings in the report.
