The path we read
Organisations keep registers of who applied and who arrived. Between those two lists sit unanswered fields, unread packets, missed gates, and mentors on leave. Application analytics, in our practice, means reading that stretch with paper, observation, and conversation.

Do you install tracking software?
No. Workspace Fern reads forms, sits in welcome mornings, and interviews joiners. The deliverable is a written completion analysis, not a dashboard.
How long is a completion study?
Most studies run three to five weeks from the scoping call to the closing working session, timed around one welcome morning.
Do you travel outside Mungyeong-si?
Yes, within Gyeongsangbuk-do as a regular practice. Longer journeys in Korea are arranged in the quote, with travel listed separately.
Who should be in the interviews?
People who finished the application in the last six months, including two who stalled or did not arrive on the first day if they are willing to speak.
Can you review documents without visiting?
Intake paper review can be done from the studio. A full completion study still includes one observed welcome morning.
