A time-boxed review of how applicants become settled joiners: paper, welcome day, first assignments, and the points where people quietly stop.
Format: On-site and desk review, written report

Where: Mungyeong studio visits, travel within Gyeongsangbuk-do, remote document review

Who it is for
Membership secretaries, HR coordinators, clinic managers, and programme leads who run an application path and a first-week welcome.
What you receive
A written completion analysis that names where people stall, which forms confuse, and which welcome moments never actually happen.
Included
- Map of the current application-to-first-week path
- Review of intake forms, welcome letters, and orientation packets
- Observation of one welcome morning or equivalent briefing
- Interviews with six to ten recent joiners and two coordinators
- A completion report with ranked findings and a working session to walk through them
Outside the study
- Software installation or dashboard setup
- Rewriting every form in the organisation
- Staffing the welcome desk after the study ends

What to prepare
Share blank forms, a recent welcome agenda, and permission to speak with joiners who finished in the last six months.
We study one stream at a time. Multi-site organisations pick a lead site first.
